Celebrations in Kentucky this Fall 2008 - October 8 - 11th

I will be teaching at Celebrations in October again this year. I have two new exclusive teaching pieces. One is a reproduction from the wonderful Old Sturbridge Collection in Mass. The original reproduction sampler was stitched by "Sally Johnson" which has beautiful free-hand embroidery at the top. This sampler, along with others at Old Sturbridge were featured in the July/Asugust issue of Piecework.

The other teaching piece is called "My Sampler Accessories Huswif". I designed this piece after a reproduction sampler I own that was wrought by Harriet Burbidge when she was 9. Both pieces use our new silk floss.

Please visit the Celebrations website at: http://celebrationofnw.com/teacher.php?teacherID=14Registration has begun and can be located at: http://celebrationofnw.com/register.html

I hope you will join us and help us make it possible to return next year. Make sure you take time to stitch!
